An internationally renowned design firm is currently on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager in Workplace fit-outs projects.
As a Senior / Associate Project Manager, you will report to the Project Director and be responsible for handling large scale office fit-out projects through effective communication and coordination with both internal departments and external clients. You will also be responsible for reviewing and approving project financials during from Bidding to Close-Out. You must also have in-depth knowledge of the relevant regulations and be experienced with IPD methodology
Minimum of 6 years in the Design/Build interior design industry
Interior design diploma / degree or other equivalent qualification from well-recognized university.
Competency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and MS Office
Good written / spoken business both Chinese and English – Bilingual
