BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - Interior Design, Architecture, or Furniture exp - Hong Kong / Bangkok APPLY NOW

Our client is recruiting for well-connected Business Development Managers with a deep understanding the interior and architectural market in Asia - specifically Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and/or Thailand.

The primary responsibilities of this role include identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and securing top-tier projects that align with the company's design philosophy and brand vision.

This is a role where candidates must be comfortable to work independently across these functions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with other offices on business development initiatives.
• Coordinate fee proposals, project updates, and contract reviews.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years+ in a business development role 
• Experience and contacts within the interior design or architecture industry
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities
• Willing to travel
• Willing to work independently
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
