Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative and technical design solutions for office and workplace projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project goals and requirements are met.
• Produce high-quality drawings, 3D visualizations, and design presentations using AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Photoshop.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and material selections to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and company guidelines.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on office and workplace projects.
• Strong conceptual and technical design skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Photoshop.
• A successful track record in delivering workplace design projects in Singapore.
