Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and coordination of architectural designs from concept to construction documentation.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless design execution and alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and client teams to facilitate project coordination.
• Prepare and refine architectural drawings, presentations, and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and project specifications.
• Support the integration of innovative design solutions in large-scale mixed-use and luxury developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in architectural design, from concept development to construction documentation.
• Experience in high-end, large-scale, 5-star mixed-use developments is an advantage.
• Proficiency in BIM (Revit Architecture), Bluebeam, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• BOA (Board of Architects Singapore) registration is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Additional certifications such as GMAP, GMAAP, or UD Assessor are beneficial.
