Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage design development, reviews, and presentations using drawings, physical models, and digital tools.
• Oversee financial aspects of projects, ensuring cost-effective management and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with various disciplines to produce fully integrated BIM models, drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring project objectives are met.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance work culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications.
• 10–15 years of experience in design development, team leadership, and client engagement.
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop talent within the organization.
• Experience in mixed-use and infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• BOA (Board of Architects Singapore) registration is a plus.
• Additional certifications such as GMP or GMFP are beneficial.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in BIM (Revit Architecture).
