Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative and technical design solutions for office and workplace projects.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project goals and requirements are met.
- Produce high-quality drawings, 3D visualizations, and design presentations using AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Photoshop.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and material selections to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and company guidelines.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on office and workplace projects.
- Strong conceptual and technical design skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Photoshop.
- A successful track record in delivering workplace design projects in Singapore.
